Mental Self Mastery

All athletes deal with mental struggles during competition at one time or another. For many, taking one’s “practice game” to the match is the biggest challenge. Or maybe it is playing the way you know you can in tense moments.

My program addresses the key elements to mental control that most coaches, sports psychologists and books don’t.

    1. You can’t change if you don’t recognize what you are actually doing to yourself mentally.

    2. You have to stop creating conflict in your mind before you can develop new habits/patterns.

    3. You have to know what new patterns to implement and how to do it.

    4. You have to have a system to maintain these changes and build new long term habits.
